
Ingredients
- 4-6 broccoli crowns (approximately 6 cups chopped)
- 8-10 sweet peppers
- 1 bunch green onions
- 16 oz. frozen corn
- 12 oz. sour cream
- 1 1/2 Ranch Dips packets
- 1/2 cup milk

Directions
Wash and chop all veggies. Place in a large bowl. Combine sour cream, Ranch Dips packets, and milk. Mix everything together and serve cold.

This is a meal prep or larger gathering amount. If you want this for a dinner side, cut the recipe in half at least. This keeps in the fridge for at least 5 days.
