Cashew Butter Energy Bites

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 3/4 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll golf ball sized balls and place on a plate or cookie sheet. Freeze for one hour until set. Keep in fridge.
