Harissa Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground pork (ground hamburger, chicken, or turkey would work too!)
  • 1/2 cup harissa
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1/2 cup green onion
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

Chop white and green onions. Combine all ingredients…use your hands! Chill and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.

Roll into one inch diameter balls and place on a foiled and oiled baking sheet.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with a side of tzatziki.
