- 2 lbs. ground pork (ground hamburger, chicken, or turkey would work too!)
- 1/2 cup harissa
- 1/2 white onion
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
Chop white and green onions. Combine all ingredients…use your hands! Chill and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
Roll into one inch diameter balls and place on a foiled and oiled baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with a side of tzatziki.
