- 1 medium watermelon
- 1 English cucumber
- 12-15 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup feta
Choose a ripe watermelon. I always go for wide stripes, a big yellow spot on the bottom, and a good hollow sound when knocked on. Everyone has their own method though.
Slice the watermelon into bite sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
Slice the cucumber and chop the fresh mint into ribbons.
Gently toss watermelon, cucumbers, and mint together. Top with feta and serve immediately.
