Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground sirloin
- 2-3 cans Bush’s Chili Beans
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 large purple onion
- 6-8 cups water (this depends on how brothy you prefer your chili)
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. Nature’s Seasons

Directions
Brown the ground sirloin, seasoning with Nature’s Seasons, then add the chopped onion.

Once the onions are partially translucent and the meat is cooked through, add the tomatoes and beans. Do not drain!

Use the empty cans to add water until you reach your level of desired brothiness. Add chili powder, cumin, and garlic salt to taste.

Bring to a boil, then lower heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Depending on my mood, sometimes I add some white pepper for a subtle kick in heat.
Bowl and dress to your liking. We are a sour cream, shredded cheese, Frito kind of house.
**Serves 6-8 (all dependent on how many times everyone goes back for seconds)
