Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef (I prefer ground sirloin)
- 2 large heads of broccoli
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. mirin
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sriracha
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions
Brown the ground beef until starting to get crispy. Drain additional fat and moisture. Wash and chop broccoli into bite sized pieces. When the beef is done, add the broccoli and sauté for 5 minutes. (I prefer my broccoli to have a bit of a crunch to it still. If you want it softer, cook to your preferred doneness.)

Whisk together soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, fish sauce, sriracha, and brown sugar. Add to the wok and cook until simmering and the broccoli and beef are evenly coated.
Serve over steamed white rice.
