Christmas Cheesecake

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter- softened
  • 3 8 oz. blocks cream cheese – softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
Fruit Topping
  • Cherry pie filling OR strawberry topping
Allison’s grandmother’s original recipe.


Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter and pat into a greased 10 inch, spring form pan (bottom and sides)

Beat cream cheese in mixer until creamy. Whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Add to the cream cheese and mix until well blended.

Pour into crust. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes.

Combine topping ingredients (sour cream, sugar, and vanilla) and spread evenly on top of the cooled cheesecake. Bake at 325 for an additional 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool, then refrigerate until completely cool. Spread favorite fruit topping and enjoy!
