- 4 cups leftover stuffing/dressing
- 1-2 cups leftover turkey – chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken stock/broth
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- OPTIONAL – You could also mix in a cup of mashed potatoes, add some green beans, fried onions, etc. Make them your own!
Combine all ingredients. You want the mixture to be fairly wet, slightly drier than a cornbread batter, so you may need more or less chicken stock/broth. Oil a muffin tin and spoon the mixture in evenly.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until golden on top.

Mostly champagne mimosas.
