Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients and Directions
- 1 cup frozen berries (I use the mix with blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries – this particular bowl has an abundance of blackberries and blueberries, hence the dark purple hue)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup granola (my current fave is the KIND Almond Butter Clusters)
- 1/4 cup additional frozen berries
Blend frozen berries, banana, and almond milk until smooth. If you want a thicker smoothie, use less almond milk. Pour smoothie into a bowl and garnish with granola and your favorite frozen berries.
Cottage Cheese and Apple Bowl

Ingredients and Directions
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 apple (my favorite is a Honeycrisp)
- sprinkle of salt
- the zest of half a lemon
- heavy cracks of black pepper
Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl and mix in the sprinkle of salt. Thinly slice the apple and place in a circle around the cottage cheese. Crack the pepper generously and garnish with the zest of half a lemon.
Banana and Blueberry Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients and Directions
- 1 serving old fashioned oats prepared to container directions
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup granola (I used KIND Almond Butter Clusters)
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 tsp flax seed
- drizzle of honey
Prepare the oats to package directions – I made mine in the microwave…no shame…with almond milk, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of brown sugar. Bowl the oatmeal, and garnish with sliced bananas, granola, frozen blueberries, flax seed, and a drizzle of honey.
