
Ingredients
- 10 Roma tomatoes – 8 diced, 2 blended
- 1 small white onion – diced
- 1 clove garlic – minced
- 1 bunch cilantro – roughly chopped
- 1 tsp salt (then add to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Chop 8 of the Roma tomatoes, blend the other two. Dice the onion, garlic, and cilantro. Combine all ingredients.
Keeps in fridge for a week!
